P&G has a team which deciphers behavioral psychology in the shopping environment. This doctrine of behavioral science is known internally as “Shopper Psychology”. To help sell the science internally and advocate for best practices they publish “Selling Modules” on a range of topics such as: Driving Trial In-Store, Improving Perceptions of Value and Growing Alongside Private Label. Department26 designs these content-rich publications. 

Procter & Gamble has many brand assets coming from a wide range of clients. To help organize and search for those assets, BrandStore was created. It’s a database that employees can use to find official assets for any project they are working on. Department26 helped P&G create the brand guidelines for BrandStore, as well as the visual style for the online database. 

Concepts for various sections of the Mega Mart Ulsan branch, Korea’s largest ground level discount store. Much of the mall imitates Western styles.

An scrolling infographic story which encourages the adoption of in-home care by seniors. It does so by highlighting the areas in which a caregiver could fill the gaps left by doctor visits alone. 

This infographic is separated into three sections, each of which adds context to the phenomenon known as Colony Collapse Disorder (amongst honey bees). The top gives a timeline of the decreasing bee population, the composition of a typical hive, and significant events within this framework. The bottom-left section explains the disorienting effects of neonicitinoids. The bottom-right section shows the importance of the honeybee to modern agricultural production.

This poster pulls together some of the most prominent elements of the Iroquois creation myth. It was designed to serve as a promotional piece for a (fictitious) play about the myth, named “Postions Along The Iroquois Creation Myth.” All illustrations are original and were drawn by hand before being vectored.

Packaging relies on simplicity and a strait-forward message.

Thesis project while at the University of Cincinnati’s acclaimed DAAP program. Seeks to inform viewers about a number of problems with the modern agricultural process, and ways that many of these problems could be amended through the implementation of permaculture principles.

The book is divided into five chapters: Fossil Fuel Dependency, Water Management,Pest Resistance,Diversity, and Space. The enlarged spread shows an example of a chapter header, while the smaller spreads are pages within a chapter. In each spread, a problem is presented on the left side, with a possible solution to that problem being presented on the right side.

Music Hall is one of Cincinnati’s most historic landmarks. The Society for the Preservation of Music Hall is an organization which helps to upkeep the building and its legacy. This brochure would be sent out as a gift to donors, and gives a brief narration of Music Hall’s enriched history. Shown also is a redesign of their identity.
